(NASDAQ: TXG) (the “Company”) today announced that the Company has commenced an underwritten public offering of 3,500,000 shares of the Company’s Class A common stock to be issued by the Company pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. All of the shares are being offered by the Company. Additionally, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 525,000 additional shares of the Company’s Class A common stock.\n The offering is being made through an underwriting group led by J.P.
