[{"type":"text","content":"\nFourth Quarter Highlights:\n\n\nTotal Net Revenues increased 16.5 percent to $487.0 million, compared with $418.0 million in the prior year period.\n\n\nNet Income and Adjusted Net Income1 was $13.3 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, compared with Net Income of $9.8 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, and Adjusted Net Income1 of $15.1 million, or $0.23 per diluted share in the prior year period.\n\n\nAdjusted EBITDA1 was $30.2 million, compared with $32.5 million in the prior year period, primarily reflecting historically low digital marketing rates related to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in the prior year period.\n\n\nFull Year Highlights:\n\n\nTotal Net Revenues increased 42.5 percent to a record $2.12 billion, compared with $1.49 billion in the prior year, reflecting strong growth across the Company’s three business segments.\n\n\nNet Income was $118.7 million, or $1.78 per diluted share, compared with Net Income of $59.0 million, or $0.89 per diluted share, in the prior year period.
