As an External Board Advisor, Friedmann supports in the areas of strategy, policy, risk, housing, market economics and financial markets. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Trillium Housing, a non-profit developer of affordable homeownership housing, facilitated through a shared equity model. Friedmann is also Co-Chair of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Southwestern Ontario Chapter, which provides governance and management education for board members and independent directors.
