Jacob Verbaas, PhD, PGeo, has worked on gold projects in Africa, Australia and Canada. He holds a PhD in Yukon geology and an MSc in structural geology.

His recent work on the Monster IOCG involved working with both traditional and novel exploration techniques to define drill targets.
