PRESS RELEASE DISCLOSURE ON THE TREASURY SHARES BUYBACK PLAN IN THE PERIOD 10-14 NOVEMBER 2025 Empoli (FI), November 18, 2025

Sesa S.p.A. informs that, under the new treasury share buyback plan (second stage) approved by the Board of Directors on November 4, 2025, in execution of the resolution of the Shareholders' Meeting held on August 27, 2025 and launched on November 5, 2025, the Company purchased a total of 19,127 Sesa ordinary shares in the period between November 10, 2025 and November 14, 2025, representing 0.12466180% of the Company's share capital, at an average price of Euro 82.0971 per share before fees, for a total value of Euro 1,570,272.

The stock buyback plan is executed, through the authorised intermediary Intermonte SIM S.p.A., in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and with the terms and conditions of the authorization to purchase and dispose of treasury shares. As a result of these transactions, as of November 14, 2025, Sesa

S.p.A. holds 170,533 ordinary shares, representing 1.11146292% of the current share capital.
