Announcement Regarding Recording of Additional Deferred Tax Assets and Revisions to full-year Forecast of Financial ResultsKNT-CT Holdings Co., Ltd. hereby announces that we expect to record additional deferred tax assets in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, as described below. In addition, KNT-CT Holdings Co., Ltd. has revised its forecast of financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, which were announced on May 13, 2025. The details are as follows.
Recording of additional deferred tax assets
Based on the consolidated financial results for the current fiscal year and the outlook for future consolidated financial results, the Company conducted a thorough assessment of the recoverability of deferred tax assets and has decided to recognize additional deferred tax assets. As a result, the Company expects to record income taxes-deferred of negative ¥2.5 billion (a negative amount indicates a gain) for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.

Reasons for revisions
Net sales and operating profit have remained solid, particularly in overseas travel; however, they are expected to fall below the initial forecast due to the impact of tour cancellations associated with the situation in the Middle East. On the other hand, profit attributable to owners of parent is expected to exceed the forecast, as the Company plans to record income taxes-deferred of negative ¥2.5 billion (a negative amount indicates a gain), as described in "1. Recording of additional deferred tax assets" above.
