Based on the balance of cross-shareholdings as of April 30, 2026, we announce that the cross-shareholding ratio has fallen below 20%, as detailed below. Details Status of Reduction in Cross-Shareholding Ratio Based on the balance of cross-shareholdings as of April 30, 2026, the Company calculated the ratio against consolidated net assets as of March 31, 2026, and the ratio came to 19.5%, falling below the 20% level. Please note that this ratio is a calculated figure based on consolidated net assets as of the end of the previous fiscal year.
