Strategic Deployment in the 'Xinjiang Coal Outbound' Energy-Transportation Integration Track, Anton Breaks Ground on New Energy Heavy-Duty Truck Ultra-Fast Charging Project

· Issued by Anton Oilfield Services Group

(Hong Kong, 15 June 2026) Anton Oilfield Services Group ("Anton"; Stock Code: 3337.HK) is pleased to announce that its new energy heavy-duty truck ultra-fast charging infrastructure investment, construction, operation and maintenance project in Northwest China has officially commenced construction. The project has an initial term of nine years, during which Anton is expected to generate total revenue of not less than US$100 million. The term may be extended upon agreement between the cooperation parties based on the actual operation of the project. As an important milestone project of Anton's new energy infrastructure business segment, the project marks a new step in Anton's strategic extension from traditional oilfield services to energy asset value management.

Targeting the Xinjiang-to-Gansu Coal Transport Corridor and Capturing Opportunities in Energy-Transportation Integration

As Anton's first project under its new energy infrastructure strategic layout, the project focuses on the Xinjiang-to-Gansu coal transport corridor, a key route for the outbound transportation of coal from Xinjiang and an important scenario for national energy supply security. Along this core transportation route, Anton plans to develop new energy heavy-duty truck ultra-fast charging stations and integrated energy replenishment stations in a coordinated manner. The first station of the project - the Jiangjunmiao Heavy-Duty Truck Ultra-fast Charging Station on the G331 Xinjiang coal transportation route - officially commenced construction on 14 June. Station deployment will be rolled out progressively along the transportation route, forming an efficient and convenient energy replenishment network covering coal transportation corridors in Xinjiang and Gansu in the future.

Notably, the project is closely aligned with the strategic direction of the Implementation Plan for Promoting the Large-Scale Application of New Energy Heavy-Duty Trucks jointly issued by the Ministry of Transport and ten other departments in June 2026. The plan clearly sets the target that, by 2030, the penetration rate of new energy heavy-duty trucks will reach 40%, the total number of such vehicles will exceed 1.6 million, 30,000 kilometers of zero-carbon road freight corridors will be developed on key expressways nationwide, and approximately 3,000 charging and battery-swapping stations for heavy-duty trucks will be deployed.

At present, China's heavy-duty truck energy structure is shifting from one dominated by diesel and LNG to a more diversified structure with new energy vehicles rapidly emerging. In the first five months of 2026, cumulative sales of new energy heavy-duty trucks in China reached 93,000 units, representing a year-on-year increase of 82.2%. Market demand is shifting from policy guidance to cost-driven active adoption. The concentrated release of market demand, together with the systematic advancement of national energy replenishment infrastructure planning, provides clear external growth support for Anton's new energy heavy-duty truck ultra-fast charging project. This strategic layout positions Anton as one of the first energy service companies to respond to national-level policy and enter this strategic application scenario, giving it notable first-mover advantage and sector positioning value.

Integrated "Construction + Operation and Maintenance" Model to Build a Long-Term Energy Asset Operation Platform

For Anton, this project is not merely a single engineering construction project, but an important landing project under the "natural gas and new energy infrastructure" product line of its energy asset operation business. The project adopts an integrated "construction + operation and maintenance" business model, generating continuous and stable operating revenue during the nine-year cooperation period and securing revenue of not less than US$100 million, thereby providing Anton with predictable cash flow support. In addition, the Implementation Plan supports the use of fiscal and financial tools such as special-purpose bonds and financing guarantees. The continued release of policy support is expected to significantly reduce operating costs and capital pressure, while further strengthening Anton's first-mover advantage in this sector.

More importantly, the significance of this project goes beyond a single construction project. It represents Anton's further capability extension into new energy infrastructure, energy asset operation and green transportation energy scenarios while consolidating its core oil and gas service capabilities. This strategic extension not only enriches the business scope of Anton's energy asset operation segment, but also has the potential to explore a replicable and scalable new business model. Anton stated that, going forward, it will continue to expand its layout of high-quality energy assets in both the China market and global markets, injecting new momentum into the Group's long-term value growth.
