These transactions relate to the investment of monthly contributions into the LSL Share Incentive Plan (‘SIP’) at a cost of £2.528832 per share, with LSL funding the additional purchase of one share for every five purchased by the PDMR (for no consideration). MUFG Corporate Markets Trustee Limited, the SIP Trustees, manage these transactions alongside the purchase of shares for other LSL SIP participants.
